The Top Employer Summit is the annual conference for the Canada's Top 100 Employers project. Now in its 6th year, this event brings together all the writers and organizers of our national competition, as well as 18 other popular regional and special-interest competitions that we manage with 22 newspaper and magazine partners.
Each year, the Top Employer Summit features world-class speakers, journalists and case studies from employers -- each selected by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers. Attending the event is an ideal way to have all your questions on the competition answered in a convenient two-day, non-commercial format. Previous speakers at the event include Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (2006), Al Gore (2007) and Muhammad Yunus (2008). The conference is Canada's largest annual gathering of senior-level HR professionals.
Our conference also goes beyond the detailed Reasons for Selection that our Top 100 editors prepare each year, explaining why the winning employers were chosen and providing insights into the key themes we'll be looking at for next year's competition.
